I could've gotten up a while ago, but I had a warm kitty snuggling me and so decided to sleep.

Anubis appears to have disappeared on one of his missions.

I was washing dishes and Anubis jumped from the countertop to the top of the fridge and when I sprayed him with water, he was all 'fuck you, human, I'm allowed on top of the fridge' when he clearly isn't.

There was a possum in our front yard.

The ER vet called me and told me that there weren't any bacteria in Anubis' pee, so I'm just going to go ahead and use up the rest of the antibiotic that they gave me and then figure out how to change from the old vet to these new guys.

I'd also like to seriously thank death_ismygift for all the kitty related help she's given.

I wonder if I should be worried about the fact that Anubis' pain meds mostly wound up on my face this evening.

I adopted a cat last week, and I finally named the cute little monster today.

Anubis was obviously still sleeping it off when I got home from work, but he's perked up a bit and has eaten all his wet food and was playing with one of his mice and I've gotten his nighttime meds into him without too much of a struggle.

I did manage to get both meds into him with only minor difficulties and now he's all 'fuck you breakfast, I don't even want you'.
